This page is provided for information, until I find time to separate updates by year. I believe it's important to leave a record up for transparency and reference. 2014.03.07 - Posted updated Board Bylaws for March 2014, which has the following text added: "except that those directors who also serve as volunteer fire fighters shall be allowed to receive as compensation, PEP points in accordance with the District's rules/guidelines and in accordance with C.R.S. §32-1-902." 2013.08.16 - Major navigation and layout overhaul, to try to make it easier for people to find both newsletters and the inclusion forms. Split both Board and Public Notices pages into multiple sections. The layout for these new pages is pretty rough. Thanks to Anita for the gentle reminder this still needed to be done.
2013.08.15 - Updated FAQ to be slightly more docile in tone, and only mildly offensive towards the very few, very special people it's directed at.
2013.08.15 - Created a Frequently Asked Questions page after yet another Very Special person emailed people unrelated to the website, insisting that even though everyone else was able to access the site and documents fine, the website must be broken, as he wasn't able to do so, on his computer.

2013.07.15 - Removed fire danger information header from main page, and disabled background database query, as well as daily cron job to run update script. Reason for removal is disinterest in using it to communicate timely, accurate information to the public regarding fire danger and burn bans. Park County website can be used to view county wide fire ban information.

The reason for this change: there are free, non-bloated pdf readers on every platform, and google indexes .pdf, removing the technical reasons for 3 formats. Board page is much cleaner as a result.
